Yes. We can deliver by air, DHL, TNT, UPC, FEDEX, etc. For large quantities we deliver by sea. We can quote price with freight and lead time after receiving detailed requirements with quantity.
4. How is your quality?
Our production follows IEC and Europe standards. We are CE, ISO, RoHS, CPR, and ANATEL certified. All products are 100% tested before delivery.
5. What's your lead time?
Depends on quantity and products. For fiber optic patch cords, lead time is 2-3 working days for up to 5,000 pieces. We keep regular products in stock and can handle urgent orders.
6. What's your warranty?
1-year warranty for patch cords from delivery date for non-artificial damage. For artificial damage, we repair for free with customer paying freight.
7. What's your packing?
International export standard package. Logo printing available upon request before quotation.
8. Can you offer OEM/ODM?
Yes, all products accept OEM/ODM. We can sign Confidentiality Agreements.

11. What is your payment term?
T/T, Western Union, Paypal, MoneyGram. For large amounts: 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before delivery.
